LaSha Powell, an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty Alabama Gulf Coast, has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience. She began her career in real estate as assistant to the commercial broker with Coldwell Banker Charles Hayes Real Estate, Inc., in Mobile. Powell was with Cunningham, Foley & Barnes, Inc. in the Baldwin County market since 2001 and joined Keller Williams Commercial in September of 2008.

Powell received her BS in Personnel and Industrial Relations Management from the University of South Alabama and is a native of Grove Hill, Alabama. She is licensed in both Alabama and Florida.  She is excited about being the very first commercial broker with Keller Williams in Alabama.

At Keller Williams Commercial her focus is in multi-family and commercial land sales. She also has experience in commercial leasing, tenant representation, and site selection. Powell is a candidate member of the CCIM Institute pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is a member of the Baldwin Commercial and Industrial Exchange Club, Baldwin County Association of Realtors, Mobile Area Association of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
